Dear Amy,
you claim that Trump is not your president because he lost the popular vote and because Russia somehow hacked the election, which makes him an illegitimate president. Your first argument shows a gross misunderstanding of how your own electoral system works. I would suggest you spend a little less time writing books and a little more time reading some. Your second argument, however, is all the more worrying. Maybe because you do it for a living, but I sense that you're finding it increasingly difficult to tell the difference between fiction and facts. The russian hacking arc is beyond ridiculous. But I understand, I'm from a small heart-shaped country in Latin America called Uruguay (Mujica, Suárez, oranges in exchange for unlawfully imprisoned muslims guys, no?); anyway, we know how frustrating it can be to have a foreign country trying to mess with your elections: you guys do it all the time in this part of the world (all around the world, actually). Ask Obama if you don't believe me, I think he calls it 'regime change'.
Kindest regards,
Fernando Rey
PS: I really loved The Handmaid's Tale!
